Apartment Complex Needs Full-Service Maintenance and Snow Services
We own a multi-building apartment complex in the metro area and need full-service maintenance, and probably snow services too for the other half of the year. We need the basic lawn and snow services: Spring & Fall cleanups; Mowing and trimming; Fertilizing and weed-control in the lawn — nobody wants to see weeds!; weeding the beds so no weeds show up to turn tenants away; pruning the shrubs and small ornamental trees and evergreens to maintain size and presentable appearance. We might want some flowers put in and some Landscape Improvements made — can you handle those extras if we want them done outside instead of by our help? Sometimes there are trees that need looking at — do you do that? We also want snow plowing and ice control — but can you handle these tight parking lots, with all the extra cars, even during the day? — the last contractor had trouble keeping up with it because his equipment was too big! Remember that plows must come back & cleanup the lots during the day after the cars move for work (some are 2nd shift, you know) — OK? Yes, we do need ice control on the drives and roadways and lots — we don't want cars slipping around or people falling — our insurance is too high already — an you get that done promptly whenever there's slippery conditions?

Apartment Complex Undergoing Renovation
We recently purchased an apartment complex with six apartment buildings and will finish renovating all the apartments by April. We are looking for a landscaping company to renovate and upgrade the landscape design, add more evergreens and flowering shrubs, and install flower beds with spring bulbs and perennials so there is always something in bloom to add color and beauty. We prefer to hire one company that can do the entire upgrade from the design to the planting of all new plants, and the pruning and care of the trees and shrubs worth retaining. Can you provide all the landscape design services we need?
