Large-size Business with Extensive Acreage
Hey, can you handle a big place? This is a big company and it has a lot of acreage. The present mower just can never get it done on time — not the same time each week or all of it the same day, sometimes. Can you handle that? So, we need mowing and trimming; fertilizer and weed control; and we would want you to keep the weeds out of the beds and the bushes trimmed, too — make it look nice, but don't go overboard! Probably you should put a spring and fall cleanup in there, too — there's always winter garbage and the trees do drop their leaves! Let's talk about winter, too: this place has a lot of lots and cars — can you handle a bigger job? Do you have enough plowing equipment? Maybe some bigger equipment and loaders? And, because there are a lot of cars and trucks going in and out, and there are a lot of employees going in and out of cars, we need salting on the roadways and parking areas and up by the loading docks — can you get that done early before they all flood in here in the morning — they come early, some by 6 a.m.! And it's 7 days a week around here — OK?
