Customized contracts tailored to YOUR goals and budget

Condominium association wants year-around services. We are a Condominium Association, self managed, with multiple buildings on a multi-acre site. We prefer to contract year-around with the same contractor for lawn and snow services — we feel that way the contractor most cares about the grounds and his impact on them (by the same, token, we feel we have more leverage with him). We need the basic lawn and snow services: Spring & Fall cleanups; Mowing and trimming; Fertilizing and weed-control in the lawn — nobody wants to see weeds!; weeding the beds for good appearance; pruning the shrubs and small ornamental trees and evergreens to maintain size and appearance. We may want some flowers put in and some Landscape Improvements made — can you handle those extras if we want them? There are some trees that need looking at for your recommendations — they just don't look right. Can you handle insects and diseases if they occur? We also want snow plowing and ice control — but can you handle these tight condo type projects with tight parking lots, people parking their 2nd cars in front of their garages — the last contractor had trouble keeping up with it because his equipment was too big! Remember that plows must come back & cleanup the lots during the day after the cars move for work — OK? A big issue too is ice control on the drives and roadways and lots — we don't want cars slipping around or people falling (some of them are older people here!) — our insurance is high already — can you get that done promptly whenever there's slippery conditions? Also there are emergency access fire plugs to keep cleared; and those big mail box centers along the streets to clear out, too. Do you clear sidewalks? And put down ice control on them? We want a year around 12 month contract — do you do that? By the way, this Association is still under expanding with new buildings being added — can you work with that, say with a price for each building added when they come on?
