1. Homeowner Concerned about Trees. Something is wrong with my crabapple trees. On some branches all the leaves turned brown and died. Other branches look okay, but maybe these other branches will turn brown and die, too. I am worried that the trees have a disease or that insects are damaging them or that I may not be fertilizing the tree properly. Can you diagnose what is wrong and recommend treatment that will save the trees and make them healthy again, and do you have credentials and expertise in diagnosing and treating tree problems?

2. Homeowner with Storm Damage. The storm last night did a lot of damage to the shade trees in my yard. Many branches are broken. Some branches fell to the ground and others are broken or badly bent but still partially attached to the tree trunk or to main limbs of the tree. Do you offer emergency service of storm damage to trees, and can I trust you to prune the trees expertly? Are your tree personnel fully qualified to do the work?

3. Homeowner Wants New Patio and Retaining Wall. We would like to hire someone to construct a stone patio in our back yard and edge it with a retaining wall, because our back yard sloped upward. We also want to have stone-edge planters built that are large enough for lots of flowers to make the patio beautiful for eating outdoors and entertaining guests. Do you design and build stone patios, stone retaining walls, and permanent planters for flowers?
