2 left). Removal and legal disposal made of railroad ties. Preparation begun for soil removal for foundation and drainage backfill.

3 (right). SITE PREPARED — THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP!

Foundation for new wall:

  • 6" depth of compacted "TB" sets up almost like concrete, yet fully drains.
  • Base layer of lannon stone set below grade for maximum wall stability.
  • 8-14" prepared behind wall to receive draining stone backfill.
