The Emerald Ash Borer, an Asian beetle responsible for devastating native Ash tree populations in the Midwest over the past 10 years, has reached Wisconsin. Fortunately, the invasive Emerald Ash Borer are relatively slow-moving. This provides an opportunity for preventative measures which not only stop the invasive pest from destroying the precious shade trees in our yards but also help contain it from spreading to the estimated 770 million Ash trees vital to our Wisconsin ecosystems. Our staff of ISA Certified Arborists is practiced with Emamectin Benzoate injections, which have been studied to effectively protect Ashes for a period of two years.
